I have never been treated so rudely. The staff, including the doctors wife, refused my insurance carrier and refused to explain why. Sadly for them, and my self, that their ignorance with the recent health care reform prevented me from obtaining care. They do not except any insurance purchased through the health care exchange. They simply did not believe that my coverage wasn't purchased through the exchange because the card stated that it was a pathway PPO. If they knew better they would know that only a pathway X PPO is purchased through the exchange.
