All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality

Dr. Mayur Patel and his office staff are very disorganized and unprofessional. Their work is sloppy and replete with errors. They do not refill prescriptions or return phone calls in a timely manner. Being in this office is akin to being in a pressure cooker-the other physician within this office is so arrogant and rude to both his staff and patients. My visit was awful and I will not return.

Probably the most unwelcoming staff and physicians in the San Fernando Valley. Dr. Mayur Patel and his office staff are very unprofessional in their approach to patients' care and well being. The office staff does not follow through and often times keep the phone line off the hook in order to avoid taking calls. They mixed up my lab results with another patients, which resulted in unnecessary medication & treatment.

Without a doubt the worst office and medical staff around. Dr. Mayur Patel and his office employees are arrogant and ill mannered. I would suggest a seminar or two on customer service. Plus, Dr. Mayur Patel is outdated with respect to current medical research.

Probably one of the most arrogant individuals around. Not well received by others in the profession. In sum, take your medical needs to someone who is up-to-date with respect to the latest scientific evidence. Dr. Mayur Patel is in the business of writing prescription after prescription. Does not truly care about his patients as humans.
