I have become disillusioned with this practice.
Dr. Jaffer was great years ago, but now he is only there three days a week for about 6 hours a day and does not keep current. He only treats your symptoms, does not make any attempt to find the cause and does not follow up on the recommended lab tests for the terrible side effects of the drugs he prescribes. Drug reps come into the office very often and he leaves patients waiting while he talks to them.
The staff is the perfect example of "when the cat's away". They are a group of snarky, entitled underachievers who moan and complain instead of offering an excellent patient service. I was actually told by them that my insurance did not pay them enough to take the time to follow up on my questions!

I have moved on to a real Scripps doctor, not just one who rents space in a Scripps building.

Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional
