They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I never have to worry about them giving me a wrong answer just because they weren't willing to ask for help. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.

I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. Their primary concern is what's best for me, and they only give me the advice that would benefit me the most. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of.

Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment.
