I was shocked when they dismissed my concerns as unimportant and told me I was just overreacting. I knew that my situation needed attention, and I couldn't believe that they wouldn't even look into it. They don't really take that extra step to make me feel special. I'm just another client to them. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them. My appointments don't usually get canceled here, but it's not unheard of either. I never know, it's usually a 50-50 chance.
