I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. The parking situation at their office was ridiculous. I ended up having to pay for parking because there were no spots available near the office. I wasn't worried about their equipment. It was safe and well taken care of. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded.
