The waiting is adequate, and I've never had to stand. The back offices are a bit shabby, and files are all over the floor. It was mentioned that they are automating their records, so that could be what was going on. The doctor knows his profession and refers out on what they don't accommodate in their offices. His assistant Physician, is polite, a bit timid, but anxious to do her work correctly. And, the administrative staff really seemed harried, as they have a lot of clients, it seems, I could tell that they are doing their job.They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone, and are polite. The person that took my blood made me feel uneasy, as she did not give me the confidence of professionalism in dress, and methodology.The fact that certain certificates and notices on walls were not in frames but haphazardly scotch taped to the walls, chipped furniture in the bathroom, and general disheveled back offices could be an indication they are physically in transition. I don't know. But the doctor is competent, and that is what is important.

They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference.

Dr. Raskin and his assistant Jennifer and his staff are one of the most caring practice groups I have ever gone to. While he is a General Practictioner, he will not hesitate to send you to a specialty doctor should you need one. You rarely have to wait on the phone and/or when you get to his office. The Doctor and the staff convey a sincerity about them like you are the only one in their office and they know you don't feel well even though everyone who goes doesn't feel great which is why they are going to the Doctor! I've gone to my fair share of doctors particularly GP's over the years and he is tops as well as his staff. I would give them a 5 star rating. Five being the best.
