I spend a little too much time in the waiting room sometimes. They are better than average on timing. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. I wasn't very comfortable during my appointment. I felt a little pressured to buy products, but it wasn't overbearing. Still, I wish they had been a little more professional. I am torn if I would recommend this internist to others.

Dr Sharon Jones is excellent!!! I had gone to an older male doc and he prescribed medicine that made me really ill with worsening problem. I tried to tell him that I thought it was the medicine and he denied it with hostile attitude and kept prescribing it. I went to specialist and he told me to stop taking it bc it was making me ill. I then quit him and went to Dr Jones and she has been great. She prescibed new med that works for me w/o bad side effects and she really listens and makes you feel comfortable.She and her staff made sure every single question I had was answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future.

It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic. I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. Dr. Jones was thorough and really listened to concerned. She and her staff were friendly and the office had a very good vibe.
