The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
