They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

I wish they gave me good advice, but most of the time they only give me advice that would benefit them. I showed up on time for my appointment but they weren't even there yet. I had to wait quite a while for them and my entire day's schedule was messed up. I had to wait a few weeks to get an appointment but I eventually got in.
