I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. One of the things that I likes was the fact that i was with him for 45 minutes just for a check up. (may seem long to some, but 45 minutes out of my life to possibly save my life is worth it. I also didn't find him to be a pill pusher and the one time i did need something, he personally called me not the nurse. Not because i requested it that way, just common courtsey.

Dr. Frank is well educated and spent a lot of time with me. I loved the office arrangement and the staff was wonderful. I chose to not return to Dr. Frank because he is overly focused on weight loss. I found his comments about weight both misguided and insensitive. He probably would be a great doctor for someone else without weight issues. He was pleasant and punctual. I believe he means well. He is nice looking and hard working.
