It was my first visit. Dr. Dhia wanted to have "the short version of the story". He did not even bother looking at my medical file and previous exams and tests. He just wanted me out the door, he was in such a hurry to get me out. He kept on complaining that "the insurance covers this and does not cover that", and " the referring doctor should do everything. I only consult to him". I basically got shortchanged because Dr. Dhia is not satisfied with what the insurance pays him to see me, as if it was my problem and as if I had forced him to work with this insurance and accept their clients... "This is how the business is", he said, Twice. I thought a doctor was in the business of treating and caring for people, not counting pennies, but what do I know. This was a horrible experience and I would not go back to see this person, even if he was the last neurologist left on the face of this earth.
