Every time I call I have to wait on hold for long or call will go their operators who will request to call again later . I think I got a gray hair the last time I was waiting. I am not going to refer my family and friends here. I just wasn't that impressed. They should provide better custoner service.

Just trying to get an appointment is enough to make you say forget it! The girls in the office do not answer the phones, I had to call at least 10 times before they answered the phone. What kind of Dr.'s office is this and what kind of people work there? Very unprofessional!! When I told them that I had been calling & calling they were very rude.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available.

I was referred to Dr. Danna for my child by my Primary Physician through my insurance carrier. We waited in the waiting room for over an hour to be ushered to a patient room. Once in the room, we again waited over an hour for the doctor to come see us (despite my numerous reminders to the staff that we were still waiting. Though the actual consultation with the doctor was pleasant and caring, my child and I came away frustrated and hoping that we'd never have to come back. Unfortunately, we did have to go back for an EEG. We had a 4:00 p.m. appointment and did not get called in until 5:45 p.m., after all the office staff had already left for the evening.

The general office staff was very unprofessional, shutting the glass window that displays a sign that reads "Do not knock on the glass; we know you are there." or as I read it, "Leave us alone; we don't want to be bothered by you."

Overall, the two visits we've made to this office have been tainted by the long, horrible wait only made worse by the office staff's lack of good customer service skills. Though the medical care may be good, I would not refer anyone to this office.
