Dr. Khalsa is great but dealing with the gals at the front desk can be painful. They could use a class in customer service, to say the least.

The staff here makes you feel like you're a nuisance every time you call and they do not follow up on requests. The Dr. is friendly enough but overall not very impressed with their customer service.

They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for parking. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.
