This was my first appointment and was kept waiting for approximately 30 mins this was due to the doctor seeing to a patient at the hospital. When he arrived I was seen straight away. He was very thorough, not rushed, clearly explaining what was going on with my condition in simple lay man's terms. The appointment was not rushed and felt like I was being listened to. Came away feeling a lot more confident with more understand of any concerns I may have had.
