Dr. Eric Denys is justifiably one of the most respected neurologists in the Country. His assistant is professional and warm at the same time. Dr. Denys is: straightforward about what will be done during the examination; asked appropriate questions; answered questions fully; thoroughly examined me and the conditions and situation which required my seeking his examination and consultation. He was never rushed or inattentive.
It was very easy to get an appointment even though his calendar is usually booked up because of the value of Dr. Denys' qualifications. When there is a cancellation, they will call. If there is an urgency, an appointment time will be found in Dr. Denys' schedule. My apointment time was honored - in quickly every time. Neither Dr. Denys nor his assistant would ever suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary. The only "pressure" in this office is on points in the body during an examination. Both Dr. Denys and his assistant were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Denys fully explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail. All my questions were answered, and I felt confident in my choice of a treatment plan. It never occurred to me to Worry about the Possibility of an obnoxious cologne. Fewer and fewer people are wearing scents to which many people have allergies.. I was able to breathe freely the entire time. I arrived 5 minutes before my appointment time and only had a very few minutes to check magazine titles. There was a wide variety. Bottom line on affiliation: CalPacMedCentr's very high quality standards.
