Appointment made, then CANCELLED by client! No reminder phone call led to the assumption that the appt was truly not on the books. We have been getting billed since then. Called to explain that the bill is not appropriate given the circumstances (described the entire situation). the bills continue to come.

I grant you this is by no means a review of services provided or the facilities, staff or doctor himself (at least not in person). However, their business practices seem less than ethical.
