Dr. Lopez is unfriendly, impatient with questions, has no compassion for your fears or concerns, and the wait time to be seen is ridiculous. Save yourself the time, hassle, and inconvenience and go somewhere else. Your health, physical and emotional, is too important to entrust to someone who doesn't care about you.

Dr. Lopez was my dr. her staff were very rude and would never call me back when i would leave messages that were important! I had lost my baby and after that they didnt care about my health even though she was still my doctor, she never prescribed me the medicine she was supposed to..They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. If I couldn't find anyone better, I'd return again, but I'm hoping I can find better service somewhere else.

I chose this office because it was on my insured list and easy to get an appointment. Now I understand why she was so easy to see. I have been to the office four times over the past few months because of a recent diagnosis and every time I have waited 45-60 minutes before she even saw me. She is not welcoming at all, doesn't smile, and is definatly not a people person. I could however get over all of that if the care was good and she were informative. This is not the case. I have had several tests and although she made a diagnosis, her main advice was for me to look up information about my conditon online and then trying to sell me the line of skin care products and regimines that her office does. The purpose of this office is not to help people, but to simply make money. I would not reccommend this doctor to anyone and I am truely sorry that I gave her the benefit of the doubt because all that she has done for me is cost me $120.00 over the past month.
