The staff is very nice and they all remembered my name after the very first visit. They all made an effort to make sure I was comfortable and Dr. Juarez is amazing.
I ended up having a c-section and my recovery was a breeze and my scar is so faint, you would have to be told it's there! I really could not have asked for anything better.

Not at all. They saw me but didn't greet me at all

Yes, I've never had to worry about them missing any important information

Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation.

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment. I've never seen a provider look so unprofessional. They obviously do not care about their appearance here because they looked like slobs. This provider has no helpful information available online, apart from their address and phone number. They just have a basic listings page. Every time I come here I feel so unwelcome as soon as I enter the door. They can never seem to remember my name when I first arrive and always forget it throughout my appointment.

I have done a well woman exam with "Dr Juarez". After 3 weeks, nothing had happended. I have left three message for the results but no one ever return calls. They don't have the most basic courtesy for their patients. They continue to ignore their patients and hold on to the test results. I seriously doubt the fact that they have done those tests. The cocky doctor-like nurse saw me for 3 minutes and she accused me of not listening to her while she forgot to give me a prescription. Now there is no results for the tests that they claimed they have done. I wait one month for the appointment, 2 hours in the office and being trapped in a suffocated room for half an hour naked for a 3 minutes exam by a nurse!!! And they never gave me the results. They are the most horrible team of people who tried to sabotage your health and ripe you off!!! Stay away and never visit Dr. Juarez's office. I doubt there is such doctor. That place is run by bunch of fake nurse. I will definately sue them!
