I received decent enough care from the doctor and her staff while I was a patient, but I have since moved to another state. I have been trying to get a copy of a bill I paid so that I can be reimbursed by my insurance company, and I have left NUMEROUS messages (more than 6) with her staff to have Dolores, the bill-lady, to call me back, and she never has! I did manage to get her on the phone once, and explained to her what I needed- she assured me she would mail it the next day. It has been two weeks, and I have received nothing. I called again, leaving a message to have her call me, and she still has not.
