I was seen almost as soon as I walked in the door. I didn't have to reorganize my day around my appointment at all. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. I was explained every possible side effect before being prescribed medication, and was fully informed about both the positive and negative outcomes, and the risks of procedures. They were extremely informative.
