Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. The chairs in the waiting room were pretty standard I suppose. They served their purpose while I was waiting.

They knocked before entering the exam room, and even waited for me to reply that I was ready before entering. They really respected my privacy. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.

I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. I've been places before where they were argumentative and angry, so I was nervous that I would encounter that here as well. Instead, they were very calm and understanding the entire time. I could tell they really care about everyone who visits them.

No, they've never taken personal calls with me

Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous!
Does this provider ever overbook appointments here?
Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. I know that they have a lot of clients here so I understand that they many not remember my name every time, but I am always really impressed when I walk in the door and am greeted by name. They always try to make the effort and for this I am grateful. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something.
