They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often. They were cold and not friendly enough. Their equipment was current, nothing special though. I wish they would update their equipment a little more. They answered all of my questions but didn't go into detail or put it into layman's terms. I was sort of still confused about everything. I wish they had a few more staff members on hand. They weren't severely understaffed but it was obvious they could've used more help.
