While I think the staff and doctor were nice I was unhappy with my experience AFTER my visit. I was told I would be called with my test results. After a couple of weeks I called and was told they were not available and reminded that it can take 10 to 14 business days. After waiting sufficient time I called again and was then told that only the doctor could give me the results. Hmmm, wish I had been told this in the beginning. They took my message and told me the doctor would call me back that day. After waiting a couple of days I called AGAIN and was told I needed to come in. I would not recommend this office.

They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too. They seemed really knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions in-depth. I understood all my options fully and they really took the time to make sure my questions were answered. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.

They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. The chairs in their waiting room were some of the best I’ve ever seen. I could have easily dozed off while waiting to see the doctor.
