I was hoping that they would be sympathetic to my situation and understand where I was coming from. Instead, they made it completely obvious that they didn't care about me or what I had been through. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. They definitely don't have a good professional reputation within my community. Everyone knows they're not trustworthy at all.bad experience was a teen mom had d&c by him went to different provider had told they didn't do their job right was very disappointed never had appointments were too buissy and charged me a ridiculous feeeee!!!! for the surgery didn't want to work with me

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr Purdom delivered my 4 daughters and was an amazing experince every single time. I have never met such a caring and loving individual with his patients and their family.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I do not recommend any of his three offices. He is too busy and can not juggle his time with three doctor offices and two hospitals.
