They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.

I can tell it is maybe not a top priority to maintain a professional appearance here. They didn't look terrible, but there is definitely lots of room for improvement. I definitely think that I could have gotten much better service somewhere else. I was amazed at how poorly they treated me. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem. Not only did they not welcome my questions, they just dismissed them as unimportant. I felt like they didn't really care about helping me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. Although I have seen them apologize for some mistakes it doesn't happen very often.
