Wish I would have read these reviews before hand. Takes what you say out of context and twists your words. Puts words in your mouth. Quick to demean. Quick to judge. Seems to be more concerned with the witch hunt he's on then the patients issues.

I had just got out of detox for a week and the doctor in SD gave me medicine so I thought I was good, then I saw Dr Ng and he took away 3 meds, and gave me 2 new 1's and said that they work the same, well they don't, not even close, so the doctor in SD, has a private practice and will be seeing him, also Dr Ng charged me $120 a visit, not worth the cash at all!!!!

I wasn't greeted at all when I entered their office. I could tell they noticed I walked in, but they still didn't acknowledge me. I would never refer any of my family and friends to go here. If I had know how terrible they were I never would have gone. Every time I come in for an appointment, and throughout the appointment, I'm always having to remind them who I am and what my circumstances are. It's very frustrating. It's shocking how little they seem to care about customer service. From my experience It appears as if customers are never put first here. The staff is incredibly rude and seem to care more about themselves. I had to find another Dr. unforgettably this is the Imperial Valley and that is the reason why his staff are rude especially the billing dept. LORRAINE is very inconsiderate. Always made sure to let me know that she didn't care. I was a patient of Dr. NG when he was in his old building and stop going due to their rudeness. I had to go back to their new building and the first thing LORRAINE told me that I owed $200.00. I was shocked because my insurance had paid everything i paid my deductibles. I ask her for a copy to review it with my insurance and she wanted to charge me $20.00 for each copy. LORRAINE should work in a prison or jail, not in a place where you need compassion for their patients. I did not get any notice that I owed them any money for 3 years and all of a sudden I had a balance. I had to pay because I needed treatment until I had enough with LORRAINE because every time I went there I had to pay different amount money. I have mentioned to Dr. Ng and he does not get involved with the billing. I going to drive to Yuma to search for a better service.

I felt very judged during my appointments. I couldn't believe how accusatory and condescending they were, and I couldn't wait for it to be over. I definitely didn't make progress during my sessions. I actually think I'm worse than I was before I started going. I love that they never cancel their appointments last minute here. I can always count on them to be there for me.
