Dr. Noble is a burden on the patients time and a waste of money. Find a doctor who will really care and investigate the problem or crisis you are dealing with. Find a doctor who does not get paid $5-$7500 for a patient's report. If the base rate is $250 per hour and he charged over 24 hours on my report do the math! Please do not use Harvie and may God bless you!
