Definitely not! I was constantly interrupted or cut off!

I really like Dr. Basta. The stars are for him.

The front office staff, however, is a nightmare. They don't answer the phone, they don't return calls, they don't tell you when the doctor is running late and they are generally incompetent and rude.

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places

Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her
