I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. I've heard of a few psychiatrists that took personal phone calls during appointments, and I always thought that was so rude. Thankfully, they've never done that here. Their full attention is always completely on me. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They do such a great job of never overbooking appointments, even though they are extremely popular. I know for a fact that they have lots of business, but I've never had to wait a long time in a crowded waiting room like other places I've been too.

Dr. Castner is a very affable, kind, and attentive psychiatrist. He is a genuinely nice person, and it shows. He listens carefully to my comments and asks intelligent questions. His front office staff is also friendly and helpful. I wish they handled insurance billing, so I wouldn't have to, but aside from that, they do a wonderful job. Putting their patients first is definitely a priority here and it shows. Thanks, Dr. C!!

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me.

Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in
