I was treated by Dr. Botkiss as part of my attending the Cognitive Intensive Outpatient Program at SHARP Mesa Vista Hospital. He was always prepared. Very professional. Coordinated VERY well with the other staff in the program and my outside psychiatrist. He was profession and also friendly. Seems very well informed about treatment for depression.

DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!!!! I suffered from depression and anxiety and the first thing he recommended was ELECTRO SHOCK THERAPY!!!!!

Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.

Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible
