One thing I like about them, is how easy they are to reach in an emergency. They took my call and helped me right away. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. They were very polite and helpful and made sure that I had everything I needed. DOCTOR GALE PROBABLY, YOU DO NOT REMEMBER ME BUT, I WAS ONE OF YOUR PATIENTS BY THE YEAR 2003 TO 2005.I REMEMBER YOU AND I WISH YOU THE BEST IN THIS HOLIDAYS." FELIZ NAVIDAD"
