They consistently dismiss my concerns and accuse me of making problems up. I don't trust them to ever actually look into my concerns and see if they're valid. The magazines in their waiting room were so boring. It made my time in the waiting room drag. They didn't listen to anything I had to say! Whenever I tried to get a word in, they either interrupted me or cut me off before I could finish. I was very surprised that they didn't want to answer my questions at all. In fact, they just ignored all of my questions. When they took a personal phone call during my appointment right in front of me, I couldn't believe it. I would have never expected them to be that rude.
