I was referred to Doctor Meyers by my GP, who had also used him to repair his hernias. Meyers informed me exactly about the open double-hernia repair procedure and performed it well, on an outpatient basis. I was in the hospital for 6 hours, total. It took 4 days for the cuts to heal enough so I could work at my desk. A year later, I have no problems in those areas and can play competitive tennis. I feel the mesh implants if I poke around, but otherwise they are unobtrusive. The scars are faint. I can highly recommend Meyers for hernia repair.

They didn't tell me very much about my treatments' risks and benefits. I still felt like I had to do my own research. I would not visit them again. They didn't explain my treatment's risks and benefits at all. I had little information on cost and what to expect.
