Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
What I liked best about Dr. Sherman was his caring ways with not only myself, as the patient, but with my family members as well. He was very patient in explaining all the steps that would be followed before, during, and after my surgery.
I am looking at another possible mastectomy but I am not anxious at all as I know I am in good hands with this doctor and his staff.
