They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was somewhat uneasy during my appointment. The doc was really nice and patient. I am thankful in feeling that they are competent and caring. The nurse was especially nice. I did not know my first appointment would take three hours though.
