Very thorough from beginning to end. Dr Klein makes sure you understand your conditions and treatment plan. He is always friendly attitude and cares about his patients. I have been seeing him for 25 years now and dread having to see someone else.

I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. They have really great customer service here. They always put their customers first, regardless of the situation.

Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places.

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
