Connie and the staff are wonderful- very helpful, caring, and informative. Dr. Okuda is fine if you have no problems and don't want any information or someone who cares about what is going on with your body. Her appointments last about 5 minutes. She can be very condescending. I had a text book pregnancy, during which I just thought she was laid back and nonchalant about things. After a difficult delivery and complications after, I realized how terrible she really was. She didn't even examine me when she discharged me from the hospital. She barely touched me during follow-up appointments when I had complications. I had to go to another dr. who told me something was wrong (which I told Dr. Okuda) and now I have to go to a third dr. who hopefully can help me recover from childbirth. Find someone else!

They made sure every single question I had was answered.Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find. I will absolutely return.

They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care.
