They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. She has zero bedside manner and is rude. She acts like she hates her job and you are just numbers on her paycheck. Find someone who actually likes delivering babies its worth it!! She needs to retire!

No, they didn't wear any cologne

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

They are almost always unavailable. It was difficult to get an ideal appointment time that fit my schedule. The chairs in the waiting room were not too comfortable and hurt my back. I practically jumped out of it as soon as they called my name for my appointment.

The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy.
