Their office was way too cold, I was absolutely freezing. I usually don't have a problem with the cold, but I wanted to get out of that office as soon as possible. They seemed like they were using fairly modern treatment methods and procedures. Whenever I have a question, even if it's very basic, they always make me schedule an appointment, which is extremely frustrating. They strive to maintain a professional appearance, but bedside manner and real care for patients by the doctor and staff is severely lacking. I don't expect to feel special, but I do expect to be treated like a person and that does not happen. Getting them to return a call after leaving a message is nearly impossible without making many calls. Appointments change without notice and I've had to wait up to 3.75 hours to be seen for my appointments. I would not recommend this doctor.

Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
