Did not consult me when procedures weren't covered by the issurance, were arogant and unwilling to work with me to adjust the charges. The time and duration they schedule you for is all you get, if the procedure takes longer, they make you come back.

I asked if we needed to double check with insurance before additional services were received and they told me no we were good. After the fact when insurance won't cover it, it's all our fault and we should have called to check with our insurance. Don't trust what they tell you.

Our Family was previously Dr. Priebe's clients before Dr. Luke's bought his practice. If we ever had a problem Dr. Priebe was quick to remedy and make right any errors or disagreements. He was a man of his word.

We had a billing issue with Dr. Luke's office and addressed his staff which basically did no good. Talking with Dr. Luke's did no good basically if they make a mistake they are un willing to meet you part way and you can pay for it 100%. I was lucky to get an apology but only got it after I was in tears from frustration and a bill we can not afford. Dr. Luke's may be a good dentist but he is not someone I wish to do business with any longer.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is friendly and professional. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort.
Scheduling is based on the Doctor's convenience, I was left in discomfort until they could accommodate me.
