They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I simply love Marie she reminds me of my mom her smile is so geninuine,sweet and infectious. I have been a patient since I was a young adult nowI have kids who attend there as well and they love it there as well.

It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. They don't treat their clients equally at all, and only make time for their favorite clients. If they didn't like me, they didn't make time for me. They don't have that great of a professional reputation in my community. They definitely aren't known for being experts. Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. Apparently they haven't ever heard of the saying "the customer's always right" here. Having a high level of customer service doesn't appear to be their top priority.

Definitely. I was given a thorough explanation about many techniques I could practice at home

Not one bit! I felt much better when I left!
