Dr. Smith may be the best dentist in the entire USA. I say this after being his patient for over 30 years and noting how he is always at the forefront of new technologies/innovations that give him the best microscopic view of his patient’s teeth, as he works on them through his surgical microscopic lens. He provides a screen above the patient’s chair so one can view procedures as he works.

He has continued to teach at UAB School of Dentistry after graduating as a top graduate. He also holds a position - one of only two such positions - representing Best Ethical Practices for Dentistry - in Alabama.

His excellent staff members are dedicated to his practice - and his exceptional disposition/nature of abiding good cheer is shown by their many, many years of working with Dr. Smith.

I recommend Dr. Roy Smith without reservation.

The team at Rocky Ridge Dental Practice are amazing and extremely professional and though I only had my teeth cleaned, they took x-rays and Dr. Smith looked over my teeth and throat and made sure that everything looked good. It is the best preventative dental care I have ever received and I get compliments about my teeth all the time. I highly recommend this practice.
