I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I was left in the appointment room by myself, but they eventually returned. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Dr. Rubick took time to discuss my issues and made sure I understood any problems. After lmy ab results came back, his office contacted me and set up a follow-up appointment right away. I also like his "Rubick Tuesdays" walk-in hours on Tuesday afternoons.

It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

Let me just say that this business is in one of the safest areas around and you will be pleasantly surprised at how lovely the surroundings are. I felt that they really valued my health and happiness because they followed up even after my appointment just to check up on me. It was such a nice gesture that made a huge difference. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. It is obvious that their office is cleaned regularly. It was fantastic.
