They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I was able to relax during my appointment here. Most everyone makes sure you are comfortable and at ease. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They gave me sufficient information to make a decision about my treatment plan. They gave about the same level of care as others I have been to for the same problem.
The only issue's I have had at this clinic involves one of the nurse assistants who was quite rude and if I had to deal with her on a regular basis I would not go to this clinic.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately.. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. They keep the restrooms very clean. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible. They've never used foul language.They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better.
