I was a patient of Dr. Rubick's for over 7 yrs. I stayed with him through his transition to his new practice. He told me he liked to help people. He told me that he handpicked his staff for his new practice; that he wanted his patients to come to a place where they felt comfortable and welcome. It sounded to me as though he had a vision. Last year I blacked out and had an automobile accident. I called to tell him what happened. He had his staff call me back and tell me he cancelled my next scheduled appointment, that he wanted me to see another doctor, that he wasn't wasting another hour with me. I'm sure it was a medication that caused my blackout. Now I am searching several websites to recant the positive reviews I gave him since they no longer apply. I'm seeing reviews where patients are told by the office manager not to come back. (At least I had the luxury of staff that were probably familiar with me telling me I was dropped). Also reviews of poor service and changes of his original concept. Early on, I rarely saw a negative review about him. I guess he has lost his vision. Although I was originally devastated by being dropped; it no longer sounds like a place I would want to support. Sad.

No. I didn't trust their motives.

Absolutely not! My phone calls aren't returned at all!

Not Really
Is this business in a safe neighborhood?
No way!! Be aware it is very unsafe and I was scared

All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality
