I love Dr Rubick and his staff. I've never felt rushed and I always get lab results called to me as quickly as they are available. The only issue I had is that he sent me to a specialist and said that if the specialist couldn't find anything that they would call me back in to do some more labs and I never heard anything from him. I finally called his office only to discover that he had not notated that in my file so the office didn't know to call me.

The office staff quickly sent him a note and I expect that they will be calling me about having additional labs drawn in a couple days.

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was easy enough to find.

My only concern is that their follow up is a little lacking. They were supposed to notify me when to come back for follow up blood draw and that didn't happen and then they were supposed to get back with me about a referral and I'm just getting ready to call them to see where they are at with that.
