DO NOT GO TO THIS DR! HIS PRACTICE MANAGER DEIDRE IS THE RUDEST PERSON EVER! I PAID HIM $1000 FOR a consultation. I ordered the blood test and tried to email the results but their website is expired. I called to inquire how I could get the blood test results to him Deidre started fighting with me. I asked to have Dr. Boubolis call me and she refused. This is a scam to take sick peoples money!! DONT GO. The question remains if the DR knows she's insulating him from his patients who pd $1000?

I've been going to this doctor for many years and was satisfied until lately. The past year or two has brought many unpleasant changes to his practice. It's gotten to the point where I am looking to change doctors. His new office staff is lazy and clueless. His new billing personnel are also lazy with a superior, holier than thou attitude. I can't remember when the last time I've seen this doctor face to face. Their orders are just come in for shots once a month. I have not had follow up skin testing in about 10 years. Has he helped my allergies after all this time? Yes and no. I still have a lot of trouble in the fall after all this time.

We came from out of state to see Dr. Bouboulis. He is wonderful! His staff was very nice, even made sure my kids were well occupied. They couldn't have been nicer. We expected a long wait, and only had to wait about 25 minutes. We've been trying to figure out what was wrong with my daughter for 8 months, no other doctors would do blood work or really look into anything. Not Dr. B, he is very thorough and is looking at everything. I cried in his office. He is the first Dr. to really want to help us, who really listened to us, who didn't just try to drug her and get angry because we wouldn't. Dr. Bouboulis took his time with us, asked questions no other doctor has thought to ask, explained things to us that we didn't understand. We love Dr. B!

Dr B is an outstanding clinician and truly concerned with my son's well being. We are lucky to have him as our doctor. There is no better. However, as his practice becomes overwhelmed with the needy patients that only he can take care of, his staff, while extremely nice, are poorly manged by the office manager.They are also overwhelmed and you can get lost in the shuffle if you don't speak up. The billing department is very slow and understaffed. All that aside, without Dr. B my son would have been misdiagnosed with neuropsych problems that Dr. B found to have an immunological cause. I am forever grateful to him.
