Argumentative nature. ALWAYS wants you to come in for an appointment, even if they are very familiar with your history, even to refill routine prescriptions which can be very inconvenient.

Their office equipment seems fairly current. I was comfortable with it. They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.

You can choose this place as your LAST resort! starting from the receptionist, everything was bad! The receptionist might even charge you for smiling at you!! You call their office for some question, you will be put on hold forever! You will have to cut and call again - but they wont even apologize! They even charge you for sharing your medical results - $$ per page of your result! We had to follow up many times and wait until the doctor discussed our test results with us! Bad experience!!
