Lots of billing concerns. I had to check my bill and insurance invoice carefully each time. Since joining Po Health--things have changed here and the focus is on making more nad more money. Too many unecessary tests. Pro Health wants doctors to make as much as possible for the organization.

Their office was nice and quiet. I was worried it would be overly loud but it was fine. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. It was nice to be acknowledged. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified.

Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here.

I will with no question recommend them to everyone I know in need of an internist. I was so pleased with their high quality of care. They went out of their way to make me feel special and respected, and were very sympathetic to my situation. I've never seen more kindness and empathy anywhere else. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. This provider has helpful information available online, which is really convenient. They have a good website and online presence.
